Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time.

Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery timeframe, please note that unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, etc.). We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

If you're not satisfied with your product, don't hesitate to contact us at flyingbirdartsnz@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We’ll investigate your concern, and if your claim is validated, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund for defective orders.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose your product carefully.

Color Consistency

While our print partners strive to minimize color variations, printing is a chemical process, and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Various factors, such as machine type and settings, can affect color outcomes. Our quality guarantee does not cover variations within acceptable tolerance levels.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive defective or damaged items, including errors in quantity or quality, please email us within 7 days with photos and your receipt. We will take appropriate action. if your claim is validated, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund for defective orders.

Wrong Address

If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned and destroyed. If you wish to place a new order with the correct address, you will be responsible for the costs. Unclaimed shipments will also be returned and destroyed, with any new orders at your expense.

We strive to accurately represent artwork online. However, slight variations may occur between the displayed image and the physical product due to factors like screen settings and printing processes.

To ensure fast and smooth delivery of your order, selecting the correct shipping option at checkout is important. Please read the following carefully:

✅ 1. Check If Your Address Is Rural

If your delivery address is in a rural area, you must select the “Rural Delivery” option at checkout. Not sure if your address is rural? Use one of the tools below to check:​

NZ Post Address Finder:

Standard Delivery:

Select this if your address is in a city or urban area and does not include “RD”.

Rural Delivery:

Choose this if your address includes “RD” or is located in a rural/non-urban area.

⚠️ Important Notice:

If you select the wrong delivery option (e.g., you choose Standard but your address is Rural): Your order may be delayed. We will contact you for the additional rural delivery fee. Your order will not be shipped until the correct delivery fee is paid.​
