SHIPPING POLICY

 

We are offering free shipping worldwide for our all collections. Standard delivery will take approximately 6 - 14 days. For international order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Flyingbird Arts Limited is not responsible for  these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. (This is mostly in case of over approx. $800 to 1000 valued order.) 

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

1. If you’re not satisfied with the quality for the collection of printable products received (eg. Framed Posters) then get in touch at flyingbirdartsnz@gmail.com within 7 days after receipt and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. If your claim is validated by our third party quality assurance team, we will send a reprint to you as quickly as possible or offer a full refund for the defective order.

2. We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase of an original artwork (Hand Painted- eg.Collection of "Paintings on acrylic paper) So, please choose your product carefully in this collection.

3. Colour consistency : Our print partners always try to minimise colour variations. Having said that, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved due to type of print machine, paper types and work process. Multiple factors influence the colour, consistency and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Colour variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee. 

4. Defective or damaged products : If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content you provided. Please email us within 7 days with photographs of the damaged product with the receipt of the product at - flyingbirdartsnz@gmail.com and we will provide satisfactory action.

5. Wrong Address : if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

We had tried our best to accurately portray our artworks on this website. But there are slight visual appearances differences that might be your experience with an original artwork compare to photographic representation. This is due to such factors including but not limited to differences arising from computer/mobile screen/printer monitor colour settings.

1. This purchase is to be used for personal use only. Not to be re-sold, distributed, edited, or used commercially.

2. All commercial rights reserved by FLYINGBIRD ARTS LIMITED.

3. There is no refund available for digital download image/collection. Please be aware during your purchase.

4. Once an order is received, the colour of the print may appear slightly different (See section: Return and Refund policy; Point no-2 i.e. colour consistency.)
