  • Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (typically 3 to 5). 

  • Shipping Carrier: We use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We work hard to dispatch all orders as quickly they come in. Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched when we re-open for business. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time.

Delays

• While we strive to meet our delivery timeframe, please note that unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, etc.). We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

📦 How to Choose the Correct Delivery Option – Standard vs Rural

To ensure fast and smooth delivery of your order, selecting the correct shipping option at checkout is important. Please read the following carefully:

✅ 1. Check If Your Address Is Rural

If your delivery address is in a rural area, you must select the “Rural Delivery” option at checkout. Not sure if your address is rural? Use one of the tools below to check:​

• NZ Post Address Finder:
  https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder (Look for “RD” in the address – e.g., RD1, RD2 etc.)

🚚 2. Delivery Options Explained

• Standard Delivery:
  Select this if your address is in a city or urban area and does not include “RD”.

• Rural Delivery:
  Choose this if your address includes “RD” or is located in a rural/non-urban area.

⚠️ Important Notice:

If you select the wrong delivery option (e.g., you choose Standard but your address is Rural):

• Your order may be delayed.

• We will contact you for the additional rural delivery fee.

• Your order will not be shipped until the correct delivery fee is paid.​
